ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial

custody on 21.01.2022 for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)

(c), 29(1) of the NDPS Act in crime No.3 of 2022 on the file of the

respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that totally there are three

accused, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A3. It is alleged

that A1 and A2 had jointly were in possession of 10 and 12 kgs of
