This Second Appeal is directed as against the judgment and

decree dated 04.03.2011 passed in A.S.No.7 of 2010 by the learned

Subordinate Judge, Sankari at Salem in reversing the judgment and

decree passed in O.S.No.316 of 1996 dated 10.08.2009 by the learned

District Munsif Court, Sankari.

JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is focussed animadverting upon the judgment

and decree dated 04.03.2011 passed in A.S.No.7 of 2010 by the learned

Subordinate Judge, Sankari at Salem in reversing the judgment and

decree passed in O.S.No.316 of 1996 dated 10.08.2009 by the learned

District Munsif Court, Sankari.
