Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in

the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to stay all further

proceedings in Crime No.964 of 2018 on the file of the respondent

pending disposal of the above CRL OP.No.12849 of 2019 against the

petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the

petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL OP.No.12849 of 2019 on the

file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of

M/S.DR.V.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the

There shall be an order of interim stay of investig
