India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for

the records of the 1st respondent-Tribunal, dated 23.01.2013, made

in O.A.No.1068/2010, quash the same, insofar as it denies the

petitioner, his promotions, on par with his juniors, inspite of his

acquittal in a criminal case and consequently, direct the

respondents 2 and 3 to grant him promotions in the post of Chief

Accounts Officer and Deputy General Manager (Finance), on par with

his immediate junior.
