ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent/1^st respondent for his

willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 30.01.2020 passed by

this Court in W.P.No.2100 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo. The cheque that was

issued in favour of the petitioner and the receipt of the same also forms part of the

memo.
