(This Civil Suit is filed praying for a decree
and judgment against the defendants)
a) Directing the First and Second Defendants to
pay jointly or severally a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-
as damages with interest @ 24% p.a.
b)Grant a permanent injunction restraining the
Defendants their men, servants, agents, or assigns
or any other person claims under them from in any
manner threatening, harassing, contacting the
plaintiff Company and its employees or in any
manner approaching the plaintiff with regard to
extorting money without due process of law.

This case came up for settlement before the Lok
Adalat. Mr.Senthilkumar, for Mr.J.Sivanandaraj,
learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and
Mr. Vaibhav, learned counsel appearing for the
defendants are present.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
The suit in CS.No.780 of 2012 and the counter
claim made in the above said suit pending on the
file of the High Court Madras has been referred to
Lok Adalat for conciliation to day.

2.The plaintiff assisted by counsel and the
defendants assisted by counsel are present before
Lok Adalat today.
3.The plaintiff has filed this suit for
recovery of Rs.1,00,00,000/- along with interest @
24% p.a as damages, for permanent injunction and
for cost against the defendants.
4.The defendants have made a counter claim of
Rs.75,00,000/- along with interest @ 18% p.a and
for the cost against the plaintiff in this suit.
Both parties have paid Court fees separately for
the claim made by them.
5.The plaintiff assisted by counsel and the
counsel for plaintiff and defendants made
endorsement on the plaint that the disputes between
both parties are settled and therefore both parties

are reporting to the effect that they are not
pressing the claim in the plaint, as well as the
counter claim made in the above said suit.
6.In view of the endorsement made by both sides
on the plaint, the suit claim as well as the
counter claim made by both parties are dismissed as
not pressed. Court fees paid on the plaint as well
as for counter claim are ordered to be refunded in
full to the parties concerned. No order as to
cost. Award is passed accordingly.
