rendered by Principal Family Court, Chennai, in O.S.No.48 of

2003 dated 12.07.2004 declaring that Plaintiffs are the legal

heirs of the deceased V.Kesavalu with injunction against the 1st

defendant not to receive the terminal benefits due to the

and also directed the second defendant by way of mandatory
