ORDER

The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence

under Section 120 – B r/w 420 & 409 of IPC and section 13 (2) r/w

13 (1) (a) of Prevention of Corruption (Amended) Act, 2018 in Crime

No. RCNo. MA1 2020 A0001 on the file of the respondent police, seeks

anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that defacto complainant given

a complaint stating that during the period of 2013-2019, the

petitioner along with other persons received a payment under

different ledger code
