Civil Suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass judgment
and decree against the defendant:
(a)permanent injunction restraining the defendant, whether by
himself, partners, employers, servants, agents or otherwise whosoever from
seeking to or continuing to defame the plaintiff and spreading defamatory
contents and communications against the plaintiff;
(b)Award damages of Rs.1,00,00,100/-(Rupees One Crore One
Hundred only) against the defendant;
(c)An order for costs of the proceedings

This civil suit coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the
presence of Mr.Vineet Subramani, Advocate for the plaintiff herein and
Mr.M.Madhu Prakash, Advocate for the defendant herein and upon reading
the pleadings filed herein and the learned cousel for the plantiff herein
having sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above suit and he
has also made an endorsement to that effect stating that "The plaintiff
withdraw the suit",
It is ordered
:-
That the suit in C.S.No.541 of 2019 be and is hereby dismissed as
withdrawn.
2. That the connected applications, if any do stand closed.
3. That there shall be no order as to costs.

Prayer: Civil Suit has been filed under Order VII, Rule 1 of CPC read with
Order IV Rule 1 of Madras High Court Original Side Rules praying to pass
a judgment and decree :-
(a) for permanent injunction restraining the defendant, whether by
himself, partners, employers, servants, agents or otherwise whosoever from
seeking to or continuing to defame the plaintiff and spreading defamatory
contents and communications against the plaintiff ;
(b) for award damages of Rs.1,00,00,100/- (Rupees One Crore
One Hundred Only ) against the defendant ;
(c) an order for costs of the proceedings; and
(d) such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit
and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

J U D G M E N T
Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned
counsel for the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There
shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected applications, if any,
are closed.
