Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated

therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High

Court will be pleased to

(1)grant an interim stay for all further proceedings of the

Judgment and Decree dated 20/11/2012 made in MACTOP NO 448/2010 on

the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal 4th Additional

District Court Bhavani Erode District (in CMP.20841/2017) and

(2)grant an interim stay for all further proceedings of the

Judgment and Decree dated 20/11/2012 made in MACTOP NO 450/2010 on

the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal 4th Additional

District Court Bhavani Erode District (in CMP.20842/2017)

respectively pending CMA.Nos.3300 & 3301 of 2017.

Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing

the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon

hearing the arguments of M/S.N.B.SUREKHA, Advocate for the

petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following

order:-

There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that

the petitioner deposits the entire award amount together with

interest to the credit of the respective claim petitions, pending

on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, within a period

of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

failing which the interim stay granted shall stand automatically

vacated without further reference to this Court.
