JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly states that the

present appeal is filed against the interim order and apart from

this, he also informed that the appellant is reported dead and no

legal heirs are available to bring them on record.

2. In view of the same, no adjudication is required. The

writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WA.MP.No.1346 of

2002 and WV.MP.Nos.465 and 466 of 2003 are also dismissed.
