This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the
fair and final order dated 21.12.2016 made in I.A.No. 1142 of 2016 in
O.S.No. 218 of 2013 on the file of II Addl. District and Sessions Judge,
Tiruppur.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel
for petitioners herein submitted that as per e-court status, suit itself got

disposed of on 01.09.2017 and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
So, the relief claimed in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous and
the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing
for the Revision Petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous
Petition is also closed.
