Appeal against the judement and decree dated 30.08.2018
passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai
allowing the O.P.4230/2014 and granting a decree of divorce(in
CMA.2821/2018);
(2) Appeal against the judement and decree dated 30.08.2018
passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai
allowing the G.W.O.P. No.4650/2014 (in CMA.2822/2018);
(3) To stay the operation of the decree Judgment dated
30.08.2018 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court,
Chennai in O.P.No.4230/2014 (in CMP.21521/2018) and
(4) To stay the operation of the decree Judgment dated
30.08.2018 passed in GWOP No.4650/2014 to the extent the Learned
trail judge has directed the respondent herein to file a petition
for production of the child to ascertain wishes of the child in the
month of March 2019 and that the further custody of the child will
be decided based on the wishes of the child (in CMP.21550/2018)
respectively pending CMA Nos.2821 & 2822 of 2018.
Order :These appeals coming on for orders upon perusing
the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon
hearing the arguments of SANTHAKUMARI K., Advocate for the
appellant in both the appeals and of MR.D.FERDINAND for M/S.BFS
LEGAL on behalf of the Respondents in both the appeals the court
made the following order:-

It is agreed between the parties that the husband would take
the child from the residence of the wife, either on Saturday or on
Sunday, as the case may be, in the morning at 10a.m and return the
child to the wife in the evening by 6p.m. on the same day.
This interim arrangement shall continue until further orders.
