Prayer: Writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
is filed praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for
the records relating to the detention passed by the 2nd respondent in
No.1001/BDFGISSV/2013 dated 14.09.2013, quash the same and direct the
respondents to produce the detenue Shanthi, W/o.Jayachandran, female
aged 41 years, now confined at the Special Prison for Women, Puzhal,
Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.
