PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the

first and second respondents i.e., the Chief Engineer (Agricultural

Engineering Department), Chennai and the Superintending Engineer

(Agricultural Engineering Department), Thanjavur to pass appropriate

orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 30.08.2021 preferred against

the impugned orders passed by the Executive Engineer (AED),

Thanjavur in proceedings No.A/328/2019 dated 27.09.2020, within a

specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
