Principal District Munsif Court, Pudukottai.

J U D G M E N T

The plaintiff Nos.2 to 7, who are the legal heirs of first plaintiff N.K.Haja

Moideen, who have lost both before the trial Court as well as the first appellate

Court, have preferred this second appeal, challenging the judgments of both the

said Courts.

2. The parties are referred to as per their litigative status and ranking

indicated
