India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling

for the records relating to the proceeding of the 1^st respondent made

in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.337/A1/10, dated 23.09.2010 and quash the same and

direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Mini Anganwadi

worker in the place of the 3^rd respondent.
