The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to

judicial custody on 19.12.2022 for the offence punishable under

Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and

Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.489 of 2022 on the

file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
