Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated

therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be

pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court on the

petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22668 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of M/S.SANTHANAM RAJESH KUMAR.B, Advocate for the

petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side)

on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in

Crl.O.P(MD).No.22668 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and

hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the

respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with

the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by

this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22668 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 is

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the

respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third

Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further

orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous

Petition is ordered.
