Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing

the respondents to grant adequate help including police help and

thereby implement the order of this Honourable court in W.P.(MD).

NO.19428 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 within time frame fixed by this

Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The land belonging to railway has been encroached. The

Honourable Division Bench has also passed an order for removal of

the encroachment. However, for doing so, the petitioner requires

bandobast from the second respondent. The second respondent informs

the Court that based on requisition from the petitioner herein,

appropriate bandobast and police protection will be given for

clearing the encroachment. Based on the said statement, the second

respondent is directed to give police protection and bandobast to

the petitioner to clear the encroachment in question. The Writ

Petition is allowed. No costs.
