Since this Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the

Domestic Violence proceedings, the same is not maintainable in view of the

judgment of the Hon'ble Larger Bench of this Court in Arul Daniel and others Vs

Suganya and others reported in 2022(6) CTC 833.
