The petitioner/Sole Accused is facing a case for the offence

under Sections 5(1), 5(n) and 6(1) of the POCSO Act, in Spl.

S.C.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila

Court, Pudukottai in Crime No.09 of 2021 on the file of the

respondent, seeks bail.
