to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent for his willful disobedience

of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court dated 06.08.2019 in W.P

(MD)No.17263 of 2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to settle the

dues such as the Gratuity, Group Insurance amount, the Salary

Arrears, The Family Assistant Amount and also the compassionate

Ground appointment.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance

of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the dues

such as gratuity, group insurance amount, salary arrears, family

assistant amount and also the compassionate ground appointment.

This Court by order dated 06.08.2019 directed the respondents to

consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2019 and pass

orders within twelve weeks. Alleging non compliance of the above

order, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would produce the

order dated 06.03.2020 passed by the 4th respondent rejecting the

claim of the petitioner and stated that the order is complied with.

3.In view of the above order dated 06.03.2020 passed by the 4th

respondent, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is

aggrieved by the said order, she is at liberty to challenge the same

in the manner known to law.
