Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated

therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be

pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioners in

Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 2395 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19511 of 2021 dated

on 15/02/2022 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of MR.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for M/s.APN LAW

ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government

Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the

following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed

against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.2395 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)

No.19511 of 2021, dated 15.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without

fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner,

the condition is fully relaxed.
