S.C.No.254 of 2012 on the file of the Hon'ble II Additional Sessions

Judge, Thoothukudi dated 29/11/2012 and set aside the conviction and

sentence imposed against the appellant.

ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on this day, upon

perusing the Grounds of Appeal and proceedings before the Court of

Sessions and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Alagumani, Advocate

for the Appellant and of Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, Additional Public

Prosecutor for the respondent, it is ordred as follows:

1. that the Criminal Appeal Petition be and hereby is allowed;

2. that the conviction and sentence awarded to the appellant in

S.C.No.254 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge,

Thoothukudi dated 29/11/2012 be and hereby is set side;

3. that the appellant/sole accused in Crl.A.(MD)No.180 of 2019

(ARUL RAJ @ JESUS ARULRAJ/Sole Accused) be and hereby is acquitted;
