to stay the suit properties compensation amount till the disposal of

the appeal.

To set aside the judgment and decree dated 01.03.2021 made in

OS No.289 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge,

Madurai by allowing this appeal and thereby dismissed the suit with

cost throughout.

This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing

the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon

hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RAVI, Advoate for Mr.N.PALANISAMY,

Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.ARAVINDAN, Advocate on

behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:-
