PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.8974 of 2022 :

Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein

and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased

to issue a Writ of Mandamus to keep abeyance of the order of 1st

respondent passed in P.T. No. 66 of 2021 dated 01.02.2022 for six

months so as to enable petitioner to pay the arrears of rent of

agricultural fields of the 2nd respondent based on his

representation dated 15.03.2022 within the time limit that may be

stipulated by this Hon'ble court.

To grant an Ad-interim Injunction restraining the respondents

and his men and agents from interfering with the peaceful possession

of the property admeasuring 1 Acre and 60 Cents comprised in

S.Nos.58/2 63 and 65 situated at Koonancheri Village, Papanasam

Taluk Thanjavur district till the disposal of the writ petition.

Pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to keep abeyance of the

order of 1st respondent passed in P.T.No.69 of 2021 dated 01.02.2022

for six months so as to enable petitioner to pay the arrears of rent
