Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for

the records pertaining to impugned Revised Deputy Tahsildar panel

list in ROC A5/32982/2019 dated 06.05.2022 passed by 2nd respondent

and quash the same.

Prayer in WMP(MD).7509/2022 :

To stay all further proceedings pursuant to the order passed in

ROC.No.A5/32982/2019 dated 06.05.2022 passed by 2nd respondent.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 7510/2022 :

To issue a INTERIM INJUNCTION restraining the respondents from

reverting the petitioner from the post of Deputy Tahsildar to

Revenue Assistant pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.MOHAMED MOHIDEEN, Advocate for

the petitioner and of MR.S.SHAJI BINO, Special Government Pleader

on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3 and MR.V.PANNEER SELVAM,

Standing Counsel for 4^th Respondent, the court made the following

Heard Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner and Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Panneer

Selvam, learned Standing counsel appearing for the fourth

respondent.

2. Though this Court is not inclined to interfere with the

impugned order dated 06.05.2022, the petitioner shall not be

reverted from the post of Deputy Tahsildar pursuant to the impugned

order dated 06.05.2022, till 13.06.2022.

3. Post the matter on 13.06.2022.
