This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single

Judge, dated 11.01.2022, passed in W.P.(MD) No.2661 of 2015 filed by the

respondent herein for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for

the records relating to the order dated 12.01.2015, passed by the appellant,

quash the same and to direct the appellant to refund the amount already
