PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C
PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the
respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner/sole accused apprehending arrest for the offence
under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file
of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner approached
the defacto complainant that he would arrange bank loan and he
received more than Rs.10,00,000/- as commission from the defacto
complainant and thereafter, cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

3.Considering the nature of allegation, this Court by order
dated 18.08.2021, granted interim anticipatory bail to the
petitioner enabling him to appear before the respondent police for
enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that
the petitioner appeared only one day along with his Advocate and he
did not co-operate with the investigation made by the respondent
police. He would further submit that apart from this case, the
petitioner has involved in thirteen cases which reads as follows:

5.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is
