PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.12047 of 2020: Writ Petition filed under Article

226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of

Mandamus, directing 1 to 3 respondents to count petitioner's service

in full as qualifying service by absorbing the plot watcher service

in the supernumerary Forest Watcher on completion of Ten years

notionally from 18.10.1993 instead of 07.08.2009 similar to Junior

as per G.O.Ms.NO.22 P and AR Department dated 28.02.2006 to till the

date of retirement on 30.09.2017 and along with the half of

contingencies service paid from 18.10.1983 to 17.10.1993 for the

purpose of revised pension and to send pension proposal to the 4^th

respondent to authorise the same with all consequential arrear

benefits with interest based on petitioner's representation dated

19.08.2020.
