Prayer :-

The Civil Rivision Petition filed under Article 227 of the

constitution of India to call for the records pertaining to the

impugned fair and decrial order passed by the learned 1st Additional

District Judge, Madurai in I.A.No.115/2019 in Probate O.P.No. 1/2018

dated 25.03.2021 and set aside the same and allow the above Civil

Revision Petition and pass such other orders as this Honourable

Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and

thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this date

under the caption for Extension of time and upon perusing the

earlier order of this court dt. 06/08/2021 and the requisition

letter in D.No.8888 dt.23/12/2021 submitted by I Additional District

Judge, Madurai and in the presence of Thiru.C.Gangaiamaran, Advocate

for the Petitioner this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension

of time' on the letter received from the learned I Additional

District Judge, Madurai, seeking extension of three months time to

dispose of the case in O.P.No.1 of 2018.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

the reasons assigned by the learned I Additional District Judge,

Madurai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by

the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, by three months

and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of

receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
