Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing

the respondent Bank to accept the balance Rs.40,01,000 (Rupees Forty

Lakhs One Thousand Only) of bid amount pertaining to the property of

land to the extent of 6617 sq.ft (12150 sq.ft - 5533 sq.ft under

Land Acquisition) at R.S.no. 243/12B (new), 243/12 (old), Mela

Cauvery Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District and commercial

building constructed thereat and consequently direct the respondent

to issue the sale certificate in favour of the Writ Petitioners
