pertaining to the order of the third respondent, passed in his proceedings Nil,

dated 29.01.2022, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the

respondents 2 and 3 to permit him to tonsure the devotees, who offer their hair

to Lord Murugan in the place allotted to him.
