Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution

of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.09.2020, passed in I.A.No.

318 of 2018 in O.S.No.40 of 2015, by the learned Judge, Family Court,

Tiruchirappalli, holding that the plaint in O.S.No.40 of 2015 does not disclose the

cause of action and the said suit is an abuse of law and ultra vires of jurisdiction of

the Family Court under Section 7 of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition against the

impugned order, dated 14.09.2020, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court,

Trichy, in I.A.No.318 of 2018 in O.S.No.40 of 2015.

2.By the impugned order, the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, has

dismissed I.A No. 318 of 2018 in O.S.No.40 of 2015 filed by the petitioner under

Order VIII Rule 11 of C.P.C. read with Section 7 of the Family Courts Act,1984.
