and section 115 of C.P.C. to restore the Civil Revision Petition in

C.R.P.(MD).No.1522 of 2014 on the file of the this Hon`ble

Court,which was Dismissed for non prosecution on 14.07.2021 and thus

render justice.

Prayer in CRP(MD). No.1522 of 2014:-

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 115 of the

Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Fair and Decretal order dated

07/04/2014 passed in I.A.No.11 of 2014 in O.S.No.30 of 2012 on the

file of III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on

this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in

support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.J.Karthick,

Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.Antony Arul Raj, Advocate

for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:-
