Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by

Mr.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI,

STANDING COUNSEL FOR THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE RESPONDENTS and the

Advocate for the petitioner praying to detention order passed in

M.H.S.Confdl.No.94/2021 dated 26.07.2021 on the file of the second

respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to

produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely PETCHIGANESH, MALE,

AGED ABOUT 22 YEARS, S/O.CHELLAPPA THEVAR, now detained at the

Central Prison, PalayamKottai, before the Hon'ble Court and set him

at liberty forthwith.

Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by

petition should not be complied with:
