direct him to appoint the petitioner as Retail Outlet Dealer for the

District under Scheduled Caste category in the light of the order

passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Marrichandra Shekhar Rao Vs.

Dean, Seth G.S. Medical College and others reported in (1990) 3 SCC

130 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
