PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C

PRAYER :-

For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1543 of 2020 on the file

of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.3, 5 and 6,

apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the

offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 465, 471 and 34 of IPC,

in Crime No.1543 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek

anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have

received a sum of Rs.8.76 lakhs from five victims on the false
