29/7/2021 pending disposal of the main Crl Appeal.

PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.417 OF 2021:

Pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the

judgment and conviction delivered by the Sessions Judge, Special

Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai in

Spl.S.C.No.107 of 2018 vide her judgment dated 29.07.2021 and set

aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant honorably from

all the charges referred to in the above said case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of M/S.SAMUEL GUNASINGH.P, Advocate for the petitioner and

of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional public prosecutor on behalf of

the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

Court to withdraw this petition and he has made an endorsement to

that effect.
