PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt

of the Court Acts, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against

the Contemnor/respondent to punish him for the wilful disobedience

of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14574 of 2020, dated

16.10.2020.

Prayer in WP(MD). 14574 of 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the

respondents to bring the petitioner under the regular scale of pay

in the pay band of Rs.4800 - 10000 plus 1300 GP with effect along

with consequential monetary benifits and arrears on par with other

similarly placed employees (Sweepers) working in School Education

Department, Police Department, Medical Department, Judical

Department within the time stipulated by this Court.
