PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C.

PRAYER :-

For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.68 of 2021 on the file

of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :

The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the offence under

Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development

and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.68 of 2021 seeks anticipatory

bail.

2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner has illegally

transported two and half units of sand (Fsj;J kz;). Hence the

complaint.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned

Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent

submitted that the petitioner has involved in the following two

previous cases.

4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner that he is

involved in two previous cases similar in nature, this Court is not

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,

this petition stands dismissed.
