Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of M/S.KAMESWARAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of

M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Advocate(Criminal Side),on behalf of the

Respondents the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed

against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10849 of 2021, dated

19.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the

petitioners have complied the condition from 07.09.2021 to

27.10.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners have complied the condition without

fail, the condition is fully relaxed.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
