Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein

and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased

to quash the impugned fir in crime no.31 of 2021, registred on the

file of the 1st respondent police under section 498(a), 406, 323,

109 and 506(ii) of IPC dt 13.09.2021 registered on the complaint of

the de-facto complainant viz., the R2.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for

the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public

Prosecutor on behalf of the 1^st Respondent and Mr.H.VELAVADOSS,

Advocate for the 2^nd Respondent, the court made the following order:-

The petitioners are the in-laws of the second respondent. The

issue is a matrimonial dispute between the husband/first accused and

wife. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit there is

possibility of settlement between the parties.

2. For the purpose of settlement, the first accused

Prabhakaran, S/o.Thiyakarajan, Door No.28, Ramakrishna Nagar,

Thirupalai, Madurai is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in

this petition.

3. Mr.H.Velavadoss is taking notice for the second

respondent/wife.

4. The matter is referred to mediation. Notice to the newly

added third respondent returnable by 25.11.2021.
