PRAYER: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under

Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw and transfer

H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi to

Sub Court, Madurai.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2018 from the

file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi to the file of the Sub Court,

Madurai.

2. The original petition in H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2018 has been

filed seeking divorce under Section 13 (1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage

Act by the husband. It is seen from the long cause title in

H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2018, the petitioner / first respondent is the

resident of Nagamalai Pudukottai Village in Madurai District.

Though the respondent is a permanent resident of Virathakulam at

Ramanathapuram District, he is at present working at Chennai.
