This Petition is

filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order

passed in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.5 of 2014 dated 18.08.2021 on

the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor.

ORDER

The plaintiff who is the revision petitioner, aggrieved by the

dismissal of his application to amend the plaint, is before this

Court. The plaintiff had filed a suit O.S.No.5 of 2014 on the file

of the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor for permanent

injunction, restraining the defendant, his men or agents from

disturbing her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit

schedule property.

2.It is the case of the plaintiff that the property had been

purchased by her husband under a registered sale deed dated
