ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the

petitioner and of M/S N.TAMILMANI, Advocate on behalf of the

Respondents, the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed for seeking interim injunction

restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the suit

property, till the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated

that there is no immediate proposal to alienate or encumber the suit

property.

3. In view of the above undertaking given by the learned

counsel for the respondents, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is

closed.
