deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this

Court in W.P(MD) No.5017 of 2021, dated 09.03.2021.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of

Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of

Writ and consequently direct the respondents to disburse interest

at the rate of 6 percentage for retirement benefits Gratuity,

Provident Fund and Leave Salary and pass such further or other

orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature

and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
