PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C

PRAYER :-

For Bail in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent

Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioner/ sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to

judicial custody on 13.11.2021 for the offence punishable under

Section174 Cr.P.C @ U/s.306 of IPC in Crime No.28 of 2021, on the

file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the

deceased Mahadevi, fell in love with each other and got married and

due to the wedlock, they had a female child aged about one year,

that the petitioner went to Tiruppur for job purpose but he had not

returned
