PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 r/w

401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records relating to

the impugned order, dated 22.11.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.6563 of 2022 on

the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and set aside the same

and consequently, direct the 2^nd respondent police to register a FIR based on

the petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2022.

ORDER

After filing of this petition, it appears that FIR has been registered on

the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, on 15.12.2022, in

Cr.No.424 of 2022 against the first respondent herein, Ramaiah and
